Forest Bathing (Study Guide)
In August, our club president, Dustin, will be guiding us on a nature walk and forest bathing practice.
The Sleepy Bois Club itself was conceived on Dustin’s famous nature walks, where the conversations are enlightening and the vibes are pristine. Dustin has been practicing forest bathing for several years, finding peace and connection on morning, evening, or night time walks in the woods near his home.
We will head out into the Wasatch Front to find a beautiful wooded area where we can practice connecting with nature with all of our senses. Many have felt the calming effects of forest bathing, and we hope to experience them ourselves at this SBC Croak.
